Preperation
We remove and dispose of old floor coverings and ensure that sub-floors are properly secured to the joist. We also hang plastic to contain dust to the area we are working in.
We sand and fill cracks with non-toxic materials and put on a gymnasium finish with three coats of urethane. This finish comes in a choice of high, semi, or flat gloss.
