I just wanted to let you know that we are very happy with the work that Higgins did for us. We had a bit of a difficult repair job and had researched other options to solve our problem. Higgins came up with a great solution and at a cost that was in line with our expectations. It wasn't easy to do the repairs to the existing floor but everything worked out well. The guys were always on time and showed up when they said they would which, as a customer, is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for what you did to make our floors look like a dream! They are gleaming, the grain pops and we look at it and go "wow!" It is such an improvement from our old green carpet. Who knew refinishing hardwood floors could look this good? The value of our house just went up and you won a referral from us anytime! The guys did such a great job at customer service, knew what we wanted once we descibed the colour of the stain and then customized to our liking. We can't stop staring at t he floor... WOW! Great job!
