You may have seen one of our vehicles in your area.  We cover an area from central Toronto east to Kingston and north to Halliburton and Bancroft.

We supply, install, sand and finish all hardwood floors.  Staining is our specialty.  Various colours of stain can be applied to enhance the natural grain of the wood and compliment other wood furnishings and decor ideas within the home.

We use the latest techniques and top  quality products.  Our equipment is continually upgraded.  As a member of the National Wood Flooring Association we attend their annual conference to share ideas and view new products.

We will send an Estimator to your home for a FREE in house inspection and estimate.   Our Estimators have worked in the field and have the experience to answer all of your questions.  They carry a wide range of samples.

Preparation:  

We remove and dispose of exiting floor coverings and ensure that sub floors are properly secured to the joist.  Plastic is also hung to contain dust to the area we are working in.

Installation:

In addition to the standard preparation taken prior to the installation of the flooring our employees like to review the scope of the work to be done with the customer.  Among the things discussed would be the direction that they wish the flooring installed.

Sanding & Finishing:

Older floors can be restored to their original beauty by sanding and refinishing.  Hardwood floors can be finished in many ways to adapt to today's varied interiors.

Quality Assurance:

Only the the finest products are used by us to ensure durability.  Urethanes made by Solignum and Denault have been used by us  for many years.  We have found them to be the best.

Repairs:

Because we have been in business for 50 years, repairs are one of our specialties.  Through the years, people have changed their heating systems which often leaves holes in their hardwood.  Or, they decide to make a room larger by removing a wall, leaving a blank are with no hardwood.  By staggering in the new hardwood, usually you cannot see where the repair was done.  The boards containing a stain caused from pets or plants can be removed and replaced with new.
 

Custom Staining:

Custom staining your floor is another specialty.  When working with Designers, customers may want a colour to match their furniture or decor.  Our staining specialist will do this for you.  We use traditional colours from the Minwax stain chart or a combination of stains to achieve your desired colour.

Stairs:

In the past 15 years, with the removal of carpet from stairs, refacing construction grade stairs is another service we offer.  Oak is the most popular wood used in this process.   Once the projects is finished you will be amazed at the grand transformation of your stairs.
